Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
BalloonCraft Academy ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the balloon craft courses sold on it. This policy explains what personal data we collect from you, why, and how we handle it.
1. Information We Collect
When you register, enroll in a course, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment confirmation details. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — all payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to create and manage your student account, process orders and payments, deliver course access and certificates, respond to support requests, and send important updates about courses you've purchased. We may send occasional promotional emails about new courses, which you can opt out of at any time.
3. Payment Processing
All payments on this site are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Razorpay handles and secures your payment details according to its own privacy and security policies; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (such as payment processing and video hosting), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
5. Data Security
Course videos are delivered via signed, encrypted streaming with watermarking to protect our instructors' work. Account passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data, though no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at ballooncraftpartyshopevents@gmail.com. You can also change your password at any time from your account settings.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.
